Why hosting has a cost when the software is free

The software is free, but keeping it running involves real costs: a European server, the daily processing of satellite images into risk scores for every locality and the latest artificial intelligence models that draft the reports and documents. This is exactly what the hosting service covers:

European server, compliant with the GDPR and NIS2

The institution's data is hosted in the European Union, on infrastructure that meets data protection and cybersecurity requirements.

Daily processing of satellite data + AI that drafts the documents

The raw satellite data is turned into risk scores every day through transparent, verifiable formulas, so you know exactly why each score came out as it did. On top of them, the latest artificial intelligence models draft the executive reports, recommendations and justification notes. This processing uses real computing resources, every day, for every locality.

Data updated daily

Automatic refresh of the satellite data (Copernicus, NASA FIRMS, OpenAQ) and of the ANM warnings, with access keys, processing and checks included.

Installation and configuration

We get the platform running and configure it for the institution's territory, with no technical effort on your side.

Maintenance and updates

Security updates, fixes and new modules, applied continuously, with no interruptions for users.

Backups and availability

Regular backups and uptime monitoring, so the platform stays available when you need it.

Technical support

Help for users and a dedicated point of contact for the institution.

Why the cost of hosting varies

A commune means a single locality to monitor; a county means dozens of localities, a much larger area and many more satellite scenes to process every day (Sentinel-2 and Sentinel-3, FIRMS, OpenAQ). The cost of hosting depends on the volume of data processed and the number of localities, not on features switched on separately: all features are included.

Central institutions / national coverage

For ministries, emergency structures (DSU, IGSU), Romanian Waters or ANM: national coverage, a guaranteed service level (SLA) and the option of hosting on the institution's own infrastructure. Tailored offer.

Procurement and eligibility

How to procure

The software is free. For hosting we issue an offer, a services contract and an invoice, through direct award or through SEAP, the Romanian electronic public procurement system.

Would you like to try it first?

We configure the platform for the institution's territory so you can see it with real data, before any decision about hosting.

Hosting costs are indicative and are adjusted to the institution's needs. Amounts do not include VAT.

A decision support tool, not an official warning system. The authoritative source for warnings remains ANM, INHGA and ISU/SVSU.
