Your territory's risks, in plain terms
For mayors, county council presidents, technical directors and emergency management officers. Fire, air, vegetation and water, monitored daily, explained in administrative language, ready to go into documents.
Exactly what you see after signing in
This is a working preview of your dashboard. The blue markers show you what each area means, and the module buttons really work: try them.
A preview with illustrative figures: your account shows the real data for your territory, updated daily.
Switch between Fire, Air, Vegetation and Water: the same map, a different risk. Try it right now, in the preview.
The state of the county at a glance: the average index, the localities that need attention, the active alerts.
Each locality is coloured by its risk score, from 0 to 100. A coloured outline means an official warning from ANM (the National Meteorological Administration).
A short action list: the locality, the problem and what needs to be done. Not a data table.
The real values behind the score (Sentinel, NASA, ANM), so you can justify any decision.
What you gain, in practice
Overnight, the platform automatically collects the satellite data and the ANM warnings. With your first coffee you have the day's summary by email: what is critical, where, and what needs to be done.
Every locality has a score from 0 to 100 for fire, air, vegetation and water. No GIS specialists, no software to install: just a web browser.
The justification note for AFM (the Environment Fund Administration) or the PNRR (the National Recovery and Resilience Plan) fills itself in with your territory's figures: scores, areas, exposed population, estimated budget. You print it and add it to the file.
The yellow, orange and red codes issued by ANM appear directly on your map, with the affected localities and how long they are valid. You no longer depend on television or on stray emails.
The tools that work for you
The map is only the beginning. These are the tools you actually use in the institution's day-to-day work.
You say once what matters to you (“tell me when the risk goes above 80”, “when a fire appears”, “when the risk rises 5 days in a row”) and the platform comes to you, by email. You choose from ready-made situations, with no technical setup.
The causes with figures, the recommended actions with place, person responsible and deadline, plus a glossary everyone can follow. You print it and put it on the table at the local council, at the ISU (the County Emergency Inspectorate) or at the prefecture.
The section for the Risk Analysis and Coverage Plan (PAAR) is generated already filled in with your territory's data: a legal obligation ticked off in a few minutes, not in weeks.
See how the risk has changed over 7, 30 or 90 days. You show with figures that the risk is rising (when you ask for budget) or that the measures have worked (when you report).
The mayor sees their locality; the county council, the whole county. You add colleagues with analyst or view-only rights, each with their own account.
Any report can be exported as PDF, any score table as CSV. Natural areas (forests, parks, reserves) have their own score, separate from the localities.
An ordinary day with TerraScan AI
Copernicus and NASA satellite data and the ANM warnings are collected and processed automatically, every night.
The day's active alerts and official warnings, in a single short message.
You open the dashboard, see what has changed, and generate the meeting report or the funding file.
You do not configure or maintain anything: the platform works on its own, and you only come in when you need an answer or a document.
See it work on your data, not ours
We set the platform up for your territory and you use it on real data. The software is free of charge for local authorities: you only decide whether you want us to host it or you run it on your own infrastructure.
